On May 2nd 2009 I attended the The Landmark Society of Western New York’s 23nd Annual Regional Preservation Conference titled “Maintaining Hometown Character in the 21st Century” held in Medina, NY. On January 18th 2009, I presented part of my Graduate research at a 3-day Conference titled “Tangible and Intangible Heritage of the Hampi Region” at the NIAS Campus in Bangalore, India. I assisted my advisor, Professor Michael Tomlan in coordinating and organizing a Conference at Vidyanagar, the Jindal facility near Hampi, Karnataka.
