On May 2nd 2009 I attended the The Landmark Society of Western New York’s 23nd Annual Regional Preservation Conference titled “Maintaining Hometown Character in the 21st Century” held in Medina, NY. On May 26th and 27th 2009 I coordinated and participated in the symposium “Preservation: Sustainability” held at Parsons The New School for Design in New York City, NY. The symposium was organized by Cornell’s Historic Preservation Planning Program and featured 2 tracks; “Preservation : Sustainability 2” and “Preserving Stein Communities”.
